Refund and Returns Policy

I sincerely hope that you will be delighted with any piece of art that you purchase from me. 

Before purchase you can upload a photo of your wall and use the free mobile Art Placer app to see a very helpful mock up of your piece in situ.  Art Placer app

If , however, when your purchase arrives you don’t love your piece, you are welcome to return it within 30 days.

How to return your item:

  1. Please e-mail in the first instance, requesting a return.

  2. You will then be sent the return address

  3. Please re-package item carefully using original packing materials where possible.

  4. Return via post office or courier using a fully tracked service.

  5. An item refund will be issued on the safe receipt of the undamaged item.

  6. Please note that unfortunately the refund cannot include the cost of shipping or return shipping.

I take a great deal of care to packaging items safely, but if a piece does arrive damaged, please photograph the packaging and damage immediately and get in touch as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged, then both the item price and shipping cost may be refunded, (subject to a successful claim being made against the postal service).

Depending on the damage sustained, a return may also be required (to replace a frame for example)
